Slot Developer, Quickspin, Appoints Head of Account Management
Swedish slot development firm, Quickspin, has announced the appointment of Thomas Rhys Jones to the position of Head of Account Management.
The new appointment has reportedly been made to help further the business’s expansion into “regulated and emerging markets”.
According to Quickspin, Jones will be based at the company’s office in Malta, and will be tasked with overseeing the Quickspin account management team. He will report to the Quickspin Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Paul Myatt.

Myatt continued, “His extensive experience, knowledge and enthusiasm will ensure our casino customers receive an unmatched level of service.”
The Quickspin announcement detailing Jones’ appointment in the role said that Jones has 10 years of experience in operational, commercial and account management roles within the casino industry. He has previously been employed at affiliate marketing company, Cherry, Danish tourist attraction, Tivoli, and as Commercial Director at iGaming company, XCalibur.

Quickspin has been operating under the Playtech company umbrella since the industry giant acquired the smaller firm in March 2016. During that time, new employee appointments such as this have increased the firm’s total team of staff members to over 80 people, spread across the company’s Sweden and Malta offices. Playtech itself has a total of 5,800 employees across 17 countries, with its headquarters in the Isle of Man.
