IGT Executive Wins Life Achievement for Tribal Gaming

Software developer, IGT, has announced that its Vice President Business Development and Tribal Relations, Knute Knudson, has been awarded the USA’s National Indian Gaming Association’s (“NIGA”) Associate Member Lifetime Achievement Award.

According to the software development firm, the award aims to recognise leaders and advocates in the tribal gaming government industry.

Knudsen received the award at a ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada, as part of the 2018 Global Gaming Expo in the US. According to IGT, Knudsen has been working in the tribal gaming industry for more than 25 years and has reportedly influenced the success of hundreds of tribal operations in the US.

Ascoli continued, “His profound passion for our tribal customers’ success, coupled with his immense knowledge of the tribal gaming industry make him a valued and trusted resource to IGT and beyond. We are pleased to see NIGA bestow this wonderful honour upon Knute.”
