10.1 BetVictor shall provide notice in writing to the Customer informing the Customer that his/her Account has become an Inactive Account and that the Inactive Account Charge will be applied if the Account is not reactivated. Following the expiry of a thirty (30) day period from such the date of the notice, BetVictor may apply the Inactive Account Charge until the Inactive Account balance reaches zero. Once the Customer’s account balance falls below GB £5, then the entire remaining balance may be deducted.

Comment: This is a really important thing to be aware of with online casinos. If, for whatever reason, you do not use your account for over a year, BetVictor will deem your account inactive, and after 30 days will charge your account until the balance reaches zero. They will then close the account. This could become very expensive if you are to forget about an account.
